Mary Lynn Bartholomew brings over two decades’ expertise in the employment solutions industry. She joined Nelson Connects in 2013 and currently serves as Regional Vice President leading the company’s Manufacturing and Logistics Division.
In addition to overseeing a team of highly tenured staffing and recruiting professionals, Mary Lynn offers a solutions-based approach that ensures clients and candidates receive the highest level of service in every interaction with our organization.
In recognition of her professional contributions and strong leadership credentials, Mary Lynn received Nelson Connects’ High-Impact Leader of the Year Award for 2021. She also recently earned the Cal/OSHA 10-hour Certification, reflecting her commitment to workplace safety and the well-being of employees and employers in the manufacturing and logistics sector.
A dedicated supporter of her local community, Mary Lynn is a member of the Nelson Connects “beCAUSE” philanthropic initiative, which brings to life our mission of strengthening the communities in which we live, work, and play through volunteering, grants, and fundraising activities.
